DOCAN insist that: “I.N.E.C being the electoral umpire should follow its rules and guidelines set for the 2015 general elections.”

“That where it is on well documented records that Oarhe Dickson took part successfully at the S.D.P primary election at the state secretariat of S.D.P supervised by I.N.E.C officer from its headquarters Abuja and two others from it Edo state office conducted by the S.D.P state chairman, Prince Frank Ukonga, officials of the party in the presence of delegates and party supporters, it was announced and documented that Oarhe Dickson emerged candidate of S.D.P
in the 2015 national assembly election for House of Representatives, Owan federal constituency, Edo state.

“We are using this to therefore inform I.N.E.C not to do the otherwise but to strictly review and preview which ever documents to be submitted to them from whichever authority as regards names of those S.D.P is presenting to I.N.E.C as their candidate in the 2015 national assembly election for House of Representatives, Owan federal constituency, Edo state in the interest of peace”, Oarhe warned.
