Niger Tornadoes’ Abubakar Bala Hails players on Ifeanyi Ubah impressive victory

Coach Abubakar Bala has said that the sky is the limit for Niger Tornadoes following Sunday’s 2-1 win over FC Ifeanyi Ubah, but feels they can still improve.
Bashar Usman and Tasiu Lawal scored the goals at the Lokoja Confluence Stadium to fire the hosts to their eight victory of the 2016 Nigeria Professional Football League season.
“I want to congratulate my players because they put in an extraordinary performance,” coach Bala told media.
“It shows that we believe as a collective unit. The boys were wonderful especially after losing two spot kicks.
“I have been saying that the sky is the limit. We don’t set ourselves any limits.
“The most important thing is that we keep on learning, that we keep on improving, that we keep on playing as a team.
“Our position in the league now is not important, the main thing is that we continue improving.”
