Some stakeholders of the Kogi West Senatorial district has endorsed the ‘vote of no confidence’ passed by the leadership of the State All Progressive Congress on the state governor Yahaya Bello.

In a communique signed by Honorable Buba Jibril, chairman of the meeting held in Lokoja on Sunday, the stakeholders said it wholly adopted the position of the Kogi State APC executives.

The stakeholders commended the efforts of the Honourable members of the National House of Assembly from the district, viz Hon.James Abiodun Faleke,Hon.Buba Jibril, Hon. T.J Yusuf,Hon Sunday on the very laudable repair done to the Obajana – Kabba road.

They equally threw their weight behind the National Assembly in the exercise of its constitutional duties in taking over the activities of the crises ridden and highly fictionalized Kogi State House of Assembly to forestall the looming total brake down of law and order in the state.

The Kogi West APC leaders condemned unequivocally the activities of the Attorney General of the Federation in his provocative interference in the matters that are of internal affairs of Kogi state.

They also blasted the letter the AGF purportedly wrote to the Inspector General of police asking him to disregard the advice of the National Assembly to seal up the complex of the Kogi state House of Assembly.
