APC names Abiodun Faleke as Abubakar Audu running mate

The All Progressives Congress (APC), Kogi chapter, has named the House of Representatives member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency in Lagos State, Honorable James Abiodun Faleke as deputy governorship candidate to Prince Abubakar Audu.
The state Chairman of APC, Mr Haddy Ametuo, confirmed this on Thursday.
Hon. Faleke who hails from Ekirin-Adde in Ijumu local government area of Kogi State was elected House representative member in 2011 and former chairman of Ojodu Local Government Development Area.
He holds a masters degree in management and graduated from Kaduna Polytechnic before his election into the House of Representatives.
Faleke whose chioce was hugely influenced by former Lagos state governor and APC chieftain Ahmed Bola Tinubu is a Muslim and has three wives.
SavidNews is unsure if his chioce will be heavily backed by the several divides within the party as most aspirants are yet to come to terms with the emergence of the former governor as it flagbearer.
