The Court of Appeal, Abuja on Thursday, announced it will deliver it verdict on the appeal by Senate President, Bukola Saraki on Friday.
Saraki is standing trial on a 13-count charge of false asset declaration before the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT. But the Senate President is appealing the tribunal’s decision to assume jurisdiction over his trial.
On October 16, the appellate court had fixed judgment for October 19 after hearing the arguments from parties, but failed to make it know judgement known on ground that it was not ready.
It however, postponed the judgment indefinitely, with the court promising to communicate a new date to parties, which had it fresh notices of Friday’s date.
