AWC: Okon names 30-man provisional squad for Falcons
Super Falcons coach, Edwin Okon has named 30 players for the side African Women’s Championship (AWC) qualifying match against the Leone Queens of Sierra Leone on February 14 at the Abuja National Stadium.
Those who made the list include captain, Evelyn Nwabuoke, Stella Mbachu, Ibubeleye Whyte, Ngozi Ebere, Osinachi Ohale, Ngozi Okobi, Esther Sunday, Gloria Ofoegbu, among others.
The 30-man squad is expected to come into camp on January 13 in Abuja for intense preparations for the first leg fixture against the West African foes.
