Brazil2014: Nigeria Supporters Club Launches Brazil Chapter in January

The leadership of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club has announced it Brazil chapter of the club will be officially launch in January 2014.

According to the President of the association, Rauf Ladipo the move to inaugurate a chapter in Brazil is in bid to have an organized structure to mobilise local support for the Super Eagles next year for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Ladipo who is the pioneer President said his leadership is making great efforts in ensuring the Super Eagles will not lack the need fans to cheer them up at the World Cup as they are making serious preparations becuase Nigeria has to do well in Brazil.

The President of the most-populated West-African Footballing country’s supporters while recalling his meeting with Nigerians resident in Brazil during the 2013 Confederation Cup held earlier in the year said that the event will be staged in Sao Paolo.

“I will be traveling to Brazil in January to launch the Nigerian Football Supporters Club in Brazil. I meet the many supporters during the Confederation Cup and promised to come back if Nigeria qualifies to the World Cup to inaugurate the Brazil chapter.

“I’m glad we have qualified for the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup and has already been recieving calls from our fans in Brazil for the launch,” excited Oladipo, who has presided over the association for over twenty-three years told SavidNews.com.
