The European football hungry solid Nigerian defender desirably noted that his utmost hopes momentously is to securing a move to one of the clubs in
Europe as to give way to other players in the national team and not be an African-based player to play at CHAN in South Africa.

He believes achieving his move to Europe will avail the coach to give chance to other players, adding that Nigeria is blessed with catalogue of talented players who are waiting to step in evey given opportunity.

“I’m not hoping to still be in the team for CHAN in South Africa – I won’t hope anyone pray such for me. The prayer I need now is for everything that concerns my transfer materialise and not to be around for the Championship.

“It is good I leave so as to create space for other players to step in and display their skills. Nigeria are lacking in talents and even if am not there in South Africa, the team will perform well because we have a good coach and good team,” he said.
