CHAN: TA, Eguma unaware of Eagles friendly with Sharks FC
Technical Adviser of Dolphins FC of Port Harcourt, Stanley Eguma says he is unaware of plans by the Nigeria Football Federation to have some of his players and others from Sharks FC face the Super Eagles Team B
in a tune-up game ahead of the 2014 CHAN.
In a chat with brilafm.net, Eguma maintained that no information whatsoever on the proposed practice game has come his way.
“I as speak now, I am not aware of any planned match with the super eagles as our players are even on festive break and so if there should be anybody to bring out our players I should be in know as the technical manager of the team”
The Super Eagles will however, still travel to the Garden city on Friday to honour the friendly match that will see Coach Stephen Keshi access the readiness of his squad ahead of the 2014 CHAN in South Africa.
