CHAN2014: Ladan Bosso Backs Eagles for trophy
Bayelsa United Head coach, Ladan Bosso has tipped the Super Eagles to lift the CHAN trophy in South Africa after an impressive progress into the quarter-final of the on-going tournament.
The Super Eagles advanced to the quarter-final despite suffering a defeat in their Group A opening match after picking two consecutive victories against Mozambique and hosts, South Africa.
Bosso, insisted that the Stephen Keshi led wards have surprised the Nigeria football family with the massive turn around recorded at the group stage as well admitted he never gave them a chance after the poor outing against Mali.
“The Super Eagles will win the African Nations Championship, they have really improved by every game and showed great ambition to win despite letting a lot of Nigerians down even me by the loss to Mali. I believe they are unstoppable as they have continued to grow stronger with every game,” he predicted.
