Chelsea’s Kenneth Omeruo joins Kasimpasa on loan

Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo has joined Turkish cluside Kasimpasa on a season-long loan move from Premier League champions Chelsea, with an option to sign the player permanently when his loan deal expires.

Kenneth Omeruo, a product of Sunshine Stars, starred with Standard Liege in Belgium before signing for Chelsea in 2012.

Having failed to break into the first team at Chelsea, he was loaned to Dutch club ADO Den Haag and Championship side Middlesbrough.

The 21 years old broke the news of his loan move to Turkey on his Instagram page: “New challenge #Kasimpasa,” Omeruo announced.
