Elite division debutantes Giwa FC earned four points against Enyimba over two league games after an earlier 0-0 draw in Aba and latest narrow 1-0 win in a NPFL week 20 encounter in Jos on Sunday.

Olorunleke after the victory against the Enyimba, said the result is a confidence boost for him and his teammates, stressing that they would not get carried away as reaching the Federation Cup final remains their top priority.

“It would do us a lot of good. Because this victory has just added more to our confidence and it makes us know that with God, determination and more efforts we shall succeed by God’s grace in Abeokuta.

“Yes, we can beat them (Enyimba) again, like I said we won’t relent or let today (Sunday)’s victory enters our head. All we need to do is to work more harder and be determined den pray to God 4 his favour and luck. I still by hundred percent trust and believe in God for another victory over Enyimba come Thursday,” he told Goal.

He expressed delight at the yet another clinical outcome for his side against the People’s Elephant and admitted he predicted the victorious outcome banking on their can do spirit, though knew it would not come easy.

“Well, let me start by giving God all the glory because he did it for us as he has always does. Yea, I expected this victory, though I knew it wasn’t going to be easy but at the same time, I trust in God and believe in my teammates that they can do it. The victory means a lot to me honestly. I’m the happiest person in the team today (Sunday),” he concluded.
