FG partners Lagos on abandoned projects
President Goodluck Jonathan is leading local and international experts to chart fresh course for effective project management in Nigeria.
Top on the agenda at the forum, expected to commence in Lagos tomorrow, is the stemming of abandoned projects in Nigeria.
According to the Program Manager of the National Project Management Conference (ProMaCon), Mr. Taopheek Babayeju, project management is becoming increasing popular and accepted in Nigeria.
He stressed that more organisations were realising the benefit of using standard practice and methodology in delivering project objectives within time line, cost and quality.
Among notable speakers expected at the event include He stressed: Governor Babatunde Raji Fashola of Lagos state, Speaker of the House of Representatives. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, Chairman of the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission Dr. Sam Amadi among others.
