Nasarawa United management has decided to arrest the spate of bad results in the team by giving the technical crew a two match ultimatum and also placing the players on half salary.

According to the club’s chairman, Issac Danladi, the measure is necessary to make sure that the team starts doing well in all matches starting from the game against Kaduna United on Wednesday.

“They have not done well in the season and our position is not good on the League Table. The players and technical crew will be on half salary and the coaches have been given a two match ultimatum starting with the game on Wednesday against Kaduna United.

“We have done everything for the team and they should reciprocate the good gesture by doing their best this season,” Danladi told Goal.

The Lafia side lost to Enyimba 1-0 in the quarter finals of the Federation Cup and are 18th on the league table with 30 points.
