David, who spoke on behalf of the Union, in Lokoja on Thursday said Mrs Elebiyo before her demise was the pillar of education in Okunland.
He prayed for the repose of her soul, while he called on the family she left behind to have faith in the good works of their mother.
David, also condoled the State government whom she had served for two years,said her efforts and contribution to educational system in Kogi can not be overemphasized .
The president called on other people who are in one or two political offices to try and contribute their quota to the development of the state,noting that things changes by the day and nothing was permanent.
David,stated that the entire Kabba Students Union will miss her,he urged other well meaning kogi people to emulate the late Elebiyo in contributing to the upliftment of education in the state.
