Kaduna Friendly: Golden Eaglets stick with Amos against Egypt

Amos Benjamin, Golden Eaglets’ goalkeeper has been handed the team’s Number 1 shirt again for today’s International Friendly match against Junior Pharaohs of Egypt.

Match would expectedly kick off at 4pm at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna.

Coach Emmanuel Amuneke as a matter of fact, has stuck with his trusted lads with the quartet of Bamidele Ayodeji, Lukman Halilu, Kolawole Gbadamosi and Anas Mohammed playing as the back four.

Captain Kelechi Nwakali leads the midfield quartet of Jack Ipalibo, Suleiman Abdullahi with new boy, Nuru Umar. Madueke Chinedu would play behind Samuel Chukwueze in the attack in a 4-4-2 formation.

Meanwhile, former Golden Eaglets’ 2013 FIFA World Cup-winning coach, Manu Garba (MFR) sent his best wishes to the new lads just as the team was rounding off their team talk at their African Continental Hotel camp.
