Our prayers and thoughts are with his loved ones at this period of grief. Though nothing can bring back the hour of
splendor in the grass, of glory in the flower, We will grieve not, rather find strength in what remains behind. Like a bird singing in the rain, let grateful memories survive in time of sorrow.

“When the heart grieves over what is has lost, the spirit rejoices over what it has left. Between every two pine trees there is a door to a new life”.

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.

“Let us walk with Nature, let us see the beautiful blending and communions of death and life, their joyous inseparable unity, as taught. In woods and meadows, plains and mountains and streams of our blessed star, and we will learn that death is sting-less indeed, and as beautiful as life.”

Melaye described the prince of the Niger as a standard bearer whose life personified the change and national
rebirth Nigeria is earnestly yearning for.

Senator Melaye said Prince Abubakar Audu left indelible marks of integrity, hard work and a sense of purpose in leadership and all aspects of life where he found himself.

While urging the deceased’s family to take heart, prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the painful
loss, and that God should embrace them in comfort during this difficult time.
