The LMC also fined the Kala Ekulema Boys the sum of N500,000 over its players, officials and fans unruly conduct in the inconclusive Week 26 match between Nembe City and Lobi Stars at the Krisdera Stadium, Omoku, Rivers State.

LMC said that it decisions were taken in consonance with it rules and regulations after they established the game was halted following a pitch invasion by fans after the centre referee awarded an extra time penalty to the visitors.

It blamed the action of the fans taking to the pitch and discontinuing the game on the host’s initial protest against the penalty awarded to Lobi Stars.

The organiser however, ordered the abandoned game be concluded at a yet-to-announced neutral venue on an unknown date before the 2014 Federation Cup finals and restarted at the same time it was stop.
