Super Eagles Coach, Stephen Keshi
played out a goalless draw in an international friendly held at the Georgia Dome, Atlanta, USa.

Nigeria started confidently and were twice frustrated by Guillermo Ochoa, who made early saves to deny Emmanuel Emenike and Ogenyi Onazi.

Mexico improved as the first half progressed and came agonisingly close to opening the scoring when Vincent Enyeama was forced to save a header from Rafael Marquez.

Despite both sides making changes at the break, the game continued to be played in open fashion, with chances being created at both ends.

Ramon Azeez should have handed Nigeria in the lead in the 68th minute but he could only fire a cross from Victor Moses over the crossbar.

It was Mexico who applied most of the pressure in the closing stages but Nigeria held firm late on to secure a draw.

Stephen Keshi will name his provisional 30-man squad for the World Cup in Brazil on May 13.
