NNL: Kogi United docks FRSC, ABS pummel Go-Round

First Bank Football Club of Lagos at the weekend walloped visiting Remo Stars by three goals to nil just as Abubakar Bukola Saraki (ABS) Football Club continued its good run by beating Rivers State-based Go-Round FC by a lone goal to pick the three full points.

Other big win at the weekend include the 3-2 win of DSS in Kaduna over Nigerian Prisons and the heartwarming victory in Ado Ekiti where the newly formed Ekiti United FC beat Prime FC 2-0 while highly flying Gabros International humbled Bendel Insurance of Benin City 1-0.

Elsewhere, Mountain of Fire and Miracle MFM Football Club hammered visiting Abia Comets 4-2 to pick the three full points in the weekend of big win for the host clubs in the on-going Nigeria National League (NNL).

In Ilorin, Kwara United made good their boast that they will defeat old enemies, Niger Tornadoes two goal to nil even as Kogi United and Shooting Stars of Ibadan beat Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and Gateway FC of Abeokuta by the same score line respectively.
