The Mimiko girls reached the finals of the Women Federation Cup after they edged past Nasarawa Amazons 4-3 on penalties at the Lokoja Confluence Stadium last Wednesday.

While the encounter between Delta Queens and Nasarawa Amazons postponed owed to both teams involvement in the Federation Cup on Friday, Bayelsa Queens boasted their chances of surviving the relegation after they secured a 2-0 home win over Adamawa Queens.
