Obaji appointed A World At School Global Youth Ambassador

1 GAME Campaign Founder, Philip Obaji has been appointed Global Youth Ambassador for the UN Global Education First Initiative critical partner, A World at School.
Championed by UN Special Envoy for Education and UN agencies, the Global Partnership for Education, Education International and other teachers’ organizations, and the Global Business Coalition for Education, A World at School is a new digital mobilization initiative working towards achieving global education.
As Global Youth Ambassador, Obaji is expected to speak up and take action for education.
“I believe all children deserve the chance to make something of their lives,” Obaji said. “I am committed to helping A World at School get 57 million children into school and learning.”
Obaji founded 1 GAME Campaign in 2010 with the mission to ensure that every Nigerian child regardless of background, culture or religion enrolls into school, receives quality education and completes primary school. He sees education as the most effective tool to defeat violence, ignorance and poverty.
