Obaro of Kabba, Olobayo Commends FG on Kabba-Ilorin road

The Obaro of Kabba and chairman Okun traditional council,Dr Michael Olobayo has commended the Federal Government for awarding the rehabilitation of kabba -Ilorin road.

Olobayo,who spoke in Lokoja, said he wad extremely excited at the new development on the condition of the road.

He noted that since the deterioration of the road his people has chosen to travel to Ilorin through Ekiti State,noting that it was too long a journey.

Olobayo,said the award came at a time that the road was in dear need of rehabilitation to bring back the lost glory of economic activities in the area.

He thanked Gov Idris Wada for his unrelenting efforts towards making sure that the road contract was been awarded.

“I sincerely appreciate President Goodluck Jonathan for this great gesture,”Olobayo said.

He assured of his domains continuous support to the Goodluck Jonathan’s administration.

Olobayo,also thanked Sen Smart Adeyemi and every members of the national assembly from the west senatorial zone for their efforts so far.

He said that the road would make Ilorin very easy to get to when fully completed.
