Obinna Nsofor plays in Lokomotiv Moscow win
Obinna Nsofor was a late substitute for Lokomotiv Moscow in their 3-1 Russian Premier League home win over Krasnodar on Monday night.
The Super Eagles returnee came on as an 84th minute substitute for Brazilian forward Maicon, just seconds after Caicedo restored his host’s lead
Denisov’s 41st minute goal had given Lokomotiv a first half lead, but Joaozinho equalized for Krasnoder on the hour-mark. Caicedo’s 83rd minute goal restored the lead for the hosts before Durica scored in the 88th minute to seal the win.
The game afforded Nsofor a chance to make his first appearance for Lokomotiv his season.
The 26-year-old was an unused substitute for the Railway Men in their 2-1 loss to Ahmed Musa’s CSKA Moscow last week.
