Presidency Admits Making ‘Few Changes’ To ‘Missing’ 2016 Budget


In another twist to the much talked about missing 2016 Budget, the Presidency has confirmed that the presented appropriation bill retrieved for some few corrections.

Following the Senate’s accusation of the Presidency over the missing original budget, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo explained in a tweet on Thursday, that it was not missing, but withdrawn to make some changes.

“The budget wasn’t missing, some few changes had to be made by the presidency, hence the presentation of a reviewed budget by Sen. Ita Enang,” Prof Osinbajo posted on his official twitter account.
