Inko-Tariah made the resignation announcement on a local radio station at 10 am in Port Harcourt, the state capital.

In his offered reasons, governor Nyesom Wike’s media aide, who is also the Publisher of Port Harcourt-based Hard Truth newspaper, claimed that his resignation was due to Wike’s failure to service his office of funds and refusal of his advice.
