Supreme Court Football Club of Abuja on Friday evening defeated FC Taraba of Jalingo 2-1 in the early week nine game of the Nigeria National League, NNL decided inside Area 3 playground located within the Nation’s capital.

The hard earned victory against visiting Jalingo-based team stamped Supreme Court FC as a superior side after they held fought to a goalless draw in Jalingo at first leg during the first stanza of the league.

The reversed fixture being the ninth match of the current campaign witnessed a first half heralded by several shots on goals by both sides with any right conversion into the net.

The next pot of call for Supreme Court FC will be in Ilorin when they trade tackle with Kwara United while FC Taraba welcome Dream FC of Makurdi same weekend.
