Table Tennis: Nigeria’s Wahid Enitan Oshodi elected ATTF President

Nigeria’s Wahid Enitan Oshodi has been elected president of the African Table Tennis Federation (ATTF).
He was elected as the top man in charge of the table tennis body in Africa during the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the continental body held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on Tuesday.
Oshodi is an astute administrator with over 25 years of experience in managing sports in Nigeria and beyond.
He had served as the Executive Vice President of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF).
Meanwhile, the Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Senator John Owan Enoh has congratulated Oshodi for his new role as the President of ATTF.
“Congratulations to our very own Mr. Wahid Enitan Oshodi on being unanimously elected as the President of the African Table Tennis Fédération (ATTF) during the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the continental body held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia,” He posted on his social media pages.
“This victory speaks monumentally about your immense contributions to table tennis in Africa and globally.
“Under your leadership as ATTF president, I do not doubt that Table Tennis in Africa will experience new dimensions of endless possibilities. You proved your mettle during your time as president of the Nigerian Table Tennis Federation, and then being on the ATTF Board showed your administrative prowess. We do not doubt your capacity.
