Tinubu Administration May End Up Like Buhari’s – PDP Chieftain

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Daniel Bwala, has suggested that President Bola Tinubu’s administration may suffer the same fate as his predecessor, Muhammadu Buhari.

Bwala, who was the PDP campaign spokesperson, noted that Nigerians were constantly told to be patient for 8 years under Buhari but witnessed little progress.

He said Tinubu has spent 31.8% of his first term, about 8 months, and only increased citizens’ suffering.

The PDP chieftain argued that time is irrelevant if policies are fundamentally flawed, as most economists have faulted Tinubu’s budget.

He said Nigerians are tired of rhetoric and want practical improvements.

Bwala recalled that the same “be patient” narrative was pushed under Buhari but the situation did not change.

Unless there are tangible deliverables, the Tinubu administration risks ending up like Buhari’s by the time his term elapses, according to the opposition party chieftain.

He urged the government to show practical results rather than empty promises to convince Nigerians.
