AIK turns to another Nigerian as Shedrach Egboh emerges on Swedish giants radar

Swedish club AIK has continued its search for Nigerian talent following the success of teenage sensation Zadok Yohanna, with 18 year old winger Shedrack Egboh now attracting strong interest from the Stockholm based side.

AIK's renewed focus on Nigeria comes after witnessing Yohanna's remarkable rise in their colours before his record-breaking transfer to Brighton FC of England.

The Swedish club is now looking at Egboh as a potential replacement for the highly-rated youngster.

Egboh has earned admiration from scouts for his exceptional technical ability, dazzling dribbling skills, and confidence in one on one situations against defenders.

His pace and creativity from wide areas have also made him a constant threat in attack, with an impressive knack for unlocking stubborn defences.

The teenager's performances have not gone unnoticed across Europe, with several clubs in Scandinavia and Central Europe monitoring his progress.

However, AIK appears to have moved ahead of the competition and is currently in pole position to secure the services of another promising Nigerian youngster.

Should negotiations progress smoothly, Egboh could soon follow in Yohanna's footsteps by making the move to Sweden, further strengthening the growing reputation of Nigerian talents in European football.

Everything is expected to become clearer in the coming days or weeks as AIK intensifies efforts to complete a deal for the exciting winger.
