Oluwakemi Adegbuyi opened the scoring in the 25th minute to give the Nigerian side an early advantage as they sought to bounce back from their 2-1 defeat to Poland in their opening fixture.
The Flamingos maintained their lead throughout the contest before Precious Oscar sealed the victory with a stoppage-time goal in the 90+3rd minute.
The result gives Nigeria a crucial boost in their bid to advance from Group B after their opening-day setback.
The Nigerian youngsters will now turn their attention to their final group-stage encounter against Korea DPR, where they will aim to secure another positive result and strengthen their chances of progressing to the knockout stage.
