Nine Super Falcons players arrive camp ahead of Comoros clash

Nine players have arrived at the Super Falcons’ camp in Ikenne, Ogun State, as preparations begin for Nigeria’s 2028 Olympic qualifying clash against Comoros.

The early arrivals are largely drawn from the Nigeria Women’s Football League (NWFL), with Belarus-based forward Blessing Nkor of Dynamo Brest also joining the squad.

Those currently in camp are Nasarawa Amazons duo Farida Abdulwahab and Joy Igbokwe, along with Edo Queens players Tumininu Adeshina, Christiana Uzoma and Valentina Uroko.

Fatimoh Solaty of Nasarawa Amazons, Glory Edet of Bayelsa Queens and Rivers Queens forward Sandra John complete the NWFL contingent.

The Super Falcons are expected to welcome more players and members of the technical crew in the coming days as preparations intensify for the Olympic qualifying encounter with Comoros.
