The call-ups could also intensify competition for places within the squad as the newcomers seek to establish themselves among the country’s leading women footballers.
The Super Falcons will turn their attention to Tuesday’s return fixture against Comoros, aiming to build on their 2-0 first-leg advantage and progress in the African qualifying series for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.
Nigeria will be keen to maintain its concentration and avoid complacency as the team seeks to complete the job and move closer to securing an Olympic berth.
