D'Tigers defeated Uganda by 20 points to make it two consecutive victories in this leg of the qualifiers.
Nigeria were at their best in the fourth quarter, putting up a dominant display against their opponents to run out with the victory, winning the game 87-67.
Caleb Agada had 20 points while Ike Nwamu followed with 18 points to lead Nigeria to a huge win.
The team will go into their last group game against Cape Verde, knowing that a victory will guarantee them a place at the Afrobasket Championship later this year in Angola.
Earlier on Friday, they beat host, Libya 75-70 in their first game.
