Rangers CEO Amobi Ezeaku attends FIFA International Player Transfer Course in Miami

The General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Rangers International FC, Enugu, Barrister Amobi Ezeaku, has arrived at the FIFA Office in Miami, Florida, United States, to participate in the prestigious International Player Transfer Course.

Ezeaku is joining football administrators, legal practitioners, club executives and other stakeholders from across the world for the specialised programme, which focuses on the complexities of international player transfers and regulations governing the global football transfer system.

The course is designed to provide participants with deeper knowledge of FIFA’s regulatory framework, transfer procedures, contractual matters, players' status and registration, as well as the legal and administrative challenges associated with international player movements.

Ezeaku’s participation highlights the growing emphasis on professional development and capacity building within Rangers International FC as the Enugu-based club continues to strengthen its administrative structures and profile in domestic and continental football.

The programme also offers the Rangers CEO an opportunity to acquire valuable knowledge and establish professional relationships with football stakeholders from different jurisdictions.

The experience is expected to benefit the club in areas such as player recruitment, transfer negotiations, contract management and broader football administration.

Ezeaku has been actively involved in efforts to reposition Rangers administratively and competitively in recent years, with the Flying Antelopes maintaining their status as one of Nigeria’s leading football clubs.

His participation in the Miami course is expected to further strengthen his expertise in modern football administration while supporting Rangers' pursuit of professionalism, regulatory compliance and sustainable growth.
