Spanish La Liga side Villarreal CF have completed the signing of highly rated Nigerian youngster Merveille Akinocho from Beyond Limits Football Academy on a long term contract.

The promising striker's move to the Spanish club is the latest success story for the Nigerian academy, which has continued to attract attention for its commitment to developing and exporting young football talents.

Akinocho had reportedly agreed to join Villarreal about a year ago, but the transfer was delayed until he turned 18. 

Having now attained the required age, the youngster is set to begin the next chapter of his football career in Spain.

Regarded as a prolific young forward, Akinocho's goalscoring ability and attacking qualities have earned him an opportunity to continue his development within Villarreal's highly regarded football structure.
