Eaglets, Flamingos wait on fate as WAFU B U-17 draws take centre stage today
Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets and Flamingos will today discover their respective opponents as the West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone B prepares to conduct the draws for its U-17 boys’ and girls’ competitions in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
The draws, scheduled to take place at the Stade du 04 August, will determine the group-stage pathways for the Nigerian sides as they begin preparations for what promises to be a highly competitive regional campaign.
The Golden Eaglets are set to learn their opponents as the WAFU B U-17 Boys’ Africa Cup of Nations qualifying draw is concluded, with the regional competition serving as an important platform for young players seeking to establish themselves on the international stage.
