The Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF) has scheduled its Elective Congress for October 15, 2026, in Abuja, with proceedings set to begin at 9:00 a.m.

 The congress will be held at the International Conference Centre (ICC), Abuja, as the federation prepares to elect its new leadership.

 Ahead of the main congress, elections for NBBF affiliates and other representatives will take place from October 7 to October 14, 2026, also in Abuja.

 The elections will be conducted under the supervision of the NBBF Electoral Panel, with the process expected to pave the way for the federation’s elective congress on October 15.

 The upcoming exercise will mark an important stage in the federation’s leadership and administrative process as Nigerian basketball prepares for its next phase.
