NBBF President Kida applauds D'Tigers after Cape Verde victory
Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF) President, Engr. Musa Kida, has praised the D’Tigress for their impressive victory over Cape Verde in their latest qualifier.
Kida commended the team for their determination, resilience and commitment throughout the encounter, noting that the players gave a strong account of themselves despite the challenges they faced during the game.
The NBBF president said Nigerians remain firmly behind the team as they continue their campaign, adding that the support for the D’Tigress remains strong across the country.
He expressed confidence in the team’s ability to maintain their momentum and secure more positive results in their upcoming fixtures, while noting that Nigerians would continue to pray for their success.
Kida also assured the players that their welfare remains a top priority for the federation. He promised that the NBBF would provide the necessary support to ensure the team is comfortable and adequately prepared for their next matches.
